The star ingredient in this purifying exfoliant is activated charcoal; it works like a magnet, attaching to and removing oil, dirt, and other impurities that can get trapped in pores. The formula also contains two different types of seaweed rich in antioxidants, to protect skin from free radical damage. While it’s gentle enough for all skin types, including sensitive skin, those with oily or acne-prone complexions may find it especially beneficial.

A.M. OR P.M.:
Use morning or night. Apply a small amount to your fingertips and massage onto damp skin in a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry. Gentle enough for daily use.
Masks like these are great for combination skin; apply only to the areas of your face that get extra oily, such as the T-zone.
This formula is gentle enough for daily use, but if your skin is on the dryer side, you may want to use it only a few times per week.
Make sure to apply a moisturizer after any type of exfoliation, to avoid overdrying your skin. Those with oily or acne-prone skin should stick with lightweight, oil-free formulas.
