Our Return Policy
We want to make sure you’re satisfied with your skin-care purchase, which is why at RealSelf Shop we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for all products we carry. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of purchase and we will give you the option to either return that item for a refund or store credit.
How do I process a return?
RealSelf Shop returns are free (no return shipping or handling fees). To initiate a return, please email email@example.com or call 855-961-3151. Customer Service will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed for a refund or store credit. If you wish to inquire about the status of your return please email firstname.lastname@example.org or log into your account to track your return progress.
Do you ship internationally?
No, not yet. Currently, we only ship within the US.
When will my order ship? When will I receive my package?
We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Orders with standard shipping are typically fulfilled and shipped within 48 hours following your order. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email.
Our standard shipping option is 2-5 business days.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping or domestic 2-day shipping for a flat fee of $10.
